Add unopened chest to the Notary system

Normal chest are given as drops from bosses (silver and gold).
Chest Contents is only Purchase and Open

Opening these are about 1sec to 2secs per 1k
Meaning
2.42e6 / 1e3 * 1.5secs ~= 1 hour to open
3630 server calls also

Gold Chest are about 15secs per 1k chest

That is how I know how long it takes to open 1k chest

And I will worry about losing potions when I get below e3 maybe

But yes should be one server call that gives pots if notary does not

you don't really lose speed potions because you get reagents

25 chests or one pack of golds gets you 555 reagets which is enough for crafting small+medium+large 3,75x

If you open 25 chests with notary you can craft X speed potions.
If you just open 25 chests you will get X potions of each type = you can craft X speed potions after distilling all but speed ones + X speed potions from opening = you will get x2 speed potions.
Potion tax 50% is not cool. No way I an using this method!

Opening 25 gold chests with notary you get:
Small Potions 0x1=0
Medium Potions 18.4881x6=110.9286
Large Potions 7.391575x30=221.74725
Huge Potions 1.841325x120=220.959
Total reagents 0+110.9286+221.74725+220.959=553.63485 (you get 555)
Blacksmith iLvls 25.167975 (you get 25)
Bounty Tokens 4197.5471 (you get 4237)

So this means you are distilling all potions (including speed) and when crafting them for a x4 price.
Just opening 25 gold chests you get 0+3.69762+1.478315+0.368265=5.5442 speed potions + 5.5442 speed potions from distill all othe potions and crafting speed= 11.0884 speed potions
Opening 25 gold chests with notary you get 6.93025 speed potions
