As we mentioned previously, melee Supers such as Arc Staff are struggling a bit in today’s sandbox where players move extremely fast, weapons hit extremely hard, and ranged Supers handily win duels.

I think they should stop nerfing things, and buffing things.
Icarus makes the game feel fast and fluid. It isn't OP in of itself; it's the fact that no other class has something to counter it or match it, other than maybe bakaris for hunters. But bakaris is using and exotic, and taking your class ability.

We don't want to just give everyone pre nerf slow to counter it or movement speed to equal it, so the only option is to nerf it
