Impossible to get Chest piece on Sunder Doctrine

I tried with my buddy everything 40 plus clears never dropped once and unfocusable need help cause if bungee does not realize this issue than it will ne a forever unacquirable armor set

chestpiece can drop only from final encounter, it's just rng whether you get one or not

Unfortunately, chest piece can only drop from final encounter as Un-tizio mentioned. However, that encounter has 4 weapons and 4 armor pieces in its loot pool so it can take a while. 40+ is probably really bad RNG though
