Is Beyond Light still accessible?

I just came back after a really long hiatus and am trying to make my way through all the story I missed. I got a bunch of the dlc's but im seeing a lot of stuff locked behind me not having completed the beyond light campaign but im struggling to navigate my way to starting it

Quest should be on the Planet europa

It's not there for me, I was looking through what dlc I have on ateam and it says i have the beyond light pack but im worried thats not the actual campaign

The beyond light campaign is available to all players, the pack gives access to the exotics and the raid

Maybe you already have the quest for it in the inventory

Its not in my inventory, I think I did the intro quest from the timeline but if it was supposed to kick off the rest of the campaign it did not
