I'm having difficulties with failsafe atm. I just completed her quest and got her to HELM. However, when I hover over the Echo Engrams to focus, it says requires episode: echoes season pass. I do have the current season pass active.

you could by getting the annual pass for final shape through final shape deluxe or the light and darkness collection but next week its gonna be free until edge of fate launches, when it will go away

to be able to focus you need to progress through the episode echoes questlines. "requires episode: echoes season pass" might just be the default error message
