Controller 0 aim assist pve

Guys i need a bit of help please. My wife just installed D2 on her PS5 and she get basically 0 aim assist. i tried myself and i couldnt find anything in the settings. It's like its literally off.
Im talking about PVE as she just started. Any help would be appreciated

Its not aim assist, she just sucks at aiming

Restart the game, reinstall if necessary, reset settings to default. The standard stuff like always

there isnt a very strong aim assist, id reccomend that she lowers her sensitivity

Im saying there is ZERO aim assist. I've seen many vids about it and very clearly dont have ANY aim assist, so something is not right. So either you give good advice, or you learn to keep your mouth shut, i dont have time for 10 IQ high school bots

i use 12 sens and .5 ads

axial dead zone is .12

radial dead zone is .05
