Meditation for "on the prowl" aspect not working. | Destiny 2 LFG | Page 1

I left the tower and joined back, reset my game, my PC (not that I think that would change anything) and for some reason after I purchased "on the porwl" then I meditate at the thing I am not getting the aspect. When I hover over the aspect in my inventory it says I need to meditate
