I've had this problem ever since I changed my destiny name for the first time, which was about a year ago. I have everything except my clan invites set to public. Whenever somebody tries to join me, either nothing happens or it says I don't exist. My username is Mustard#9940

Have you tried inviting them instead of them trying to join you?

Yeah inviting them works. But that's not the point, people can't use my username to join me?
