Not able to enhance weapons

Not all guns are enhancable

Has to be a non-craftable gun released in TFS, or a currently active drop from Ritual Activities, or World Drops

Also, have you done every campaign/quest on the character you’re playing? If you haven’t done the first mission of Witch Queen, then you aren’t able to craft any weapons

yeah ive gotten past first mission of witch queen

If by 'have you done every campaign/quest' you mean have I finished every campaign from every DLC, no I have not.

and I'm not looking to craft or shape weapons, just enhance. I'm not too knowledgeable about each of them
