Trying to get Khvostov, and the bird that's supposed to be by the orange path to change the cysts isn't there at all.

I have all 6 out of six cysts unlock according to the 'Alone In The Dark' quest. But yet the bird isn't there. Is this a bug?

the quest is telling me I have all 6 of them

but I cant change the cyst from The Blooming because the blue bird is not there
