I’m getting mixed answers, are exotics farmable from featured raids/dungeons?

Yes they're farmable

so if vog is featured you could do vog all day for the week until you get vex mythoclast

I also see people saying that the 3 times per week applies to the newest raid/dungeon, is that true still? Like I can’t go farm Buried Bloodline from Warlord’s?

Currently no. you have to wait for a new dungeon so that warlord can be in the rotation

you can farm weapons/armor from warlord tho
