I retro actively enhanced the perks on my zhoulis bane but the third column perk isn't enhanced even tho it's at tier 3 enhanced what do I do?

Level up the weapon to probably 18ish

I tried I got it to lvl 20 then enhanced it the final time and the third column perk still isn't enhanced but the last column is so I'm like wth

Yeah I don't think there's a way to fix it until Bungie fixes it cus I've tried everything

Same but it seems only some ran into this issue

It might be due to it being the triumph one? My one at least was a regular one
