Bugged Sword

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my shiny FALLING GUILLOTINE.

I am trying to enhance my sword to get the enhanced percs, i have it at tier 3 right now but the percs did not enhance

(they just have 4 triangles around the percs of the 3rd and 4th column.)

I dont know how to fix it or if it even is a known issue.

Saying it again, it is : a FALLING GUILLOTINE from the BRAVE ARSENAL, a SHINY VERSION, it is TIER 3 ENHANCED but has no ENHANCED PERCS and is at LEVEL 20.

I can provide a picture if needed.

Swap the perks and then swap them back

(Also I’m pretty sure that it’s only a visual bug and the perks are enhanced but not showing - you can test this by activating the perks, and the buffs on screen should say “enhance XYZ”

It’s shiny so it should have 2 perks in each column
