having the same issue, done overthrow until the final wave 4 boss now 3 times and no hive wizard is spawning. let me know if you figure it out plz

I think the hive wizard spawns but the game doesn't tell you it spawns. (no text indication) might be a bug. So just look around for them after you complete the overthrow. (must do all 3 overthrows in each area of pale heart first)

@cosmic needle @elfin relic There's no indication that the Wizard has spawned but it is there in the 5 minute window that Overthrow is "resetting"

When you get near one you'll have a text pop up that says something like "An agent of Savathun is near..."

And like the other guy said, you need to kill a Hive Wizard in each of the Overthrow areas (after killing the Lvl 4 Boss) before the beam ever spawns

Ok it worked after the 4th time. I've definitely had 3 times were no wizard spawned. I searched the entire area for 5 mins.

I've done the mission myself, and when I helped a friend yesterday the wizard never spawned on the spot it supposed to spawn

@frozen cloud I never figured out if the spawns are static or not, are they?

but again it's not guaranteed to spawn so id say it's just buggy rn
