ok so after research, it's armor with a mod socket that gives you +3 along with the one where you can get 10 but apparantly you can only get it from master dungeon and I dont think any are available.

Honestly pit is not a bad choice now that you can slap artifice onto exotic armor
it's spikey enough to easily get double 100, which is more than enough for most builds/players
