Is it already possible to join the queue for final shape so you are not in the back of the queue or can you only join from the release time?

I'll probably be eating and doing other things away from my pc the 30 min before release, and a few min after, so I can either join a bit early if the queue is up early
or I would be late in the queue, considering 5 min is a lot in these situations
so yeah wait 10 min beforehand is not an option for me, which is why I wanted to know when the queue is up
