I've been having a look at how to get Amplified on Prismatic. I can't see anything on the aspect/fragment/weapons which say this interaction exists, but people online seem very confident its real.

For prismatic itself, it'd be unknown outside of peeps who got to playtest it for now.

@fair warren Amplified occurs when killing a target with any Arc Ability or killing a target affected by an Arc Debuff (e.g. Jolt)
You can also receive amplified by picking up Ionic Traces or through the aspect "Spark of Volts" and performing a Finisher

It's not explained too well in-game. You can look up the channel "ItzTizzle" on YT
They have entire videos dedicated to explaining each subclass and its verbs while giving precise numbers on buffs and debuffs
