So I know they aren't supposed to transfer between platforms, but recently got a PC and all but one of the DLCs I had from Xbox say owned on Steam, Lightfall being the one that doesn't say owned.

If I were to buy the Final Shape on PC, is there a chance it'd say owned when I decide to play on my Xbox?
