if u manage to drop b4 u can buy again in zavala, but just by doin nightfalls or gm is not going to drop, even if u switch the gm with the seal

a solid option would be LUNA'S HOWL with the perk "magnificent howl" it massively increase damage after reloading based in the number of precision hits

It also just seems a little awkward to get going? Mhowl seems to require precision kills? So the flow is:
Swap to Lunas, Proccing Lucky and get kills
Stow it
wait ~10s seconds
Draw it, Reload it to proc lucky pants
DPS

idk never tried luck pants, but i think is a alternative option to wardens's law bcuz it buffs damage in precision hits, not needing the precision kills, so u can just shoot the boss then reload for buff
but idk exactly how work lucky pants may not synergize

You were likely thinking of Precision instrument. Which is also, not very good. But works off hits rather than kills
