What’s the best class/subclass to do it on and what are some good tips. I’ve already done shattered throne and duality but want to do all the rest as well.

My personal crutch is a Heart of Flame + Icarus Dash Solar Well Warlock. Heart of flame allows Healing nades to give you resto x2 and Fragments allow you to keep it going with solar kills.
Pheonix Dive is a very nice quick cure x2 if you're ever in a pinch, and Apex Pred for every boss unless they are close range, then I use Bequest or Lament
