Another chance of getting Buried Bloodline when doing its Catalyst run for someone else?

I was wondering if doing the catalyst run gives you another chance even if you have done the first weekly run

No since the catalyst doesn’t drop a loot chest

but someone got two of them to drop when doing the run, which is strange
