what is the best way to farm enhancement cores + spend sunsetting materials?

what is the best way to get and farm enhancement cores (other than farming the daily banshee bounties)? Is there a way to turn any of my sunsetting materials like legendary shards or destination materials into them?

And what are some other good ways to spend these sunsetting materials?

cores you caan buy 15 weekly from rahool. outside of that its legend lost sectors and banshee bounties

sunsetting materials you mean shards? use them to buy raid banners and phantasmal fragments as youre then able to convert them to glimmer

and for buying them from rahool, you mean converting prisms to cores right?

yea legendary shards, destination materials, etc. not sure if bungie is removing them from the game come final shape or if they will still be available to convert to glimmer with rahool

legend is a 25% chance for exotics, master is 33%. i'd vouch for legend because its only an 8% increase but much more difficult. in terms of cores id say stick to legend

well maybe ud think master would still be better per time spent for exotics specifically. i was doing master thrilladrome the other day on my warlock. was a pain but it took 10 mins ish each run

and i was getting exotics almost every other run so maybe its much harder/requires more effort but its worth the time? wanted to confirm

so basically farm up golf balls and prisms from harder content activities, convert prisms to cores as needed, use shards to buy banners and phantasmal fragments

and cores can also be farmed from legend lost sectors.
any activity recommendation for golf balls and prisms? GMs? coil? onslaught?
