What would i do?
Nerf scatters so they cant 1 tap
Nerf offensive bulwarks grenade regen
Increase bubble cooldown at t10 by 60s in dominion modes or nerf the overshield amount

Buff damage increase from bubble by 10% to 35% from 25% so it has a use in PvE
Buff weaker titan classes such as stasis and strand (possibly solar but god not arc)

Weakened scatter nades + controlled demo is a very forgiving 1 tap, overshields and offensive bulwark gives lots of grenade energy for no cost really, bastions just free overshields

They will usually use their barricade at the start of the round for the initial advantage but they can save it as always, the scatter gives reliable 1 shots
