I see, just got an 1809 from pinnacle drop when I know for a fact I'm able to get 1809 but had 1808 gear on so got confused

not for me?? i had 1810 stuff in my vault and was only getting pinnacles for what was on my character

i asked my friend and he told me it only drops from whats on your character. put my highest stuff on my character and got 1810 primes

Vault is 100% included, you had the correct definition as well where its everything equipabble. Likley a powerful reward or potentially the average power was just shy of 1810 so it rounded down?
