I know how to do the strand warlock izi/apex swap with Cartesian and necrotics+melee but on bosses like atheon I'd like to use wither hoard instead.

if only 1 rocket has come back just shoot grapple shoot anyway
weave in ur melees wherever
if u swap right after ur melee u will cancel animation and u will have other gun out when ur melee is done
only fragment needed is generation iirc
for atheon do what fitness said as atheon gives giga grenade regen, id suggest xenophage as the solar weapon as it both 1 taps everything for stacks and allows u to solo oracles but if ur trying to ego dps run a demo rocket
izi is much better with lunas as the reload speed is kinda a buzz kill
so i personally use witherhoard for anything that doesnt have a giant crit spot
as its easier to upkeep bns if u less up ur cycle and also doesnt require aiming
but have the caty and just fusion more often

Veritys works especially well on atheon because grenades do alot more damage against him
