I've been trying to complete the seasonal story but it's not completing a certain step, I'm having to finish an ascendant challenge but it's just not counting after i complete it

not sure which challenge it is rn. but if it's the one with the sword you gotta bring the sword out of the challenge with you

it us the swrods one iirc, so yeah you gotta carry the sword back out after also grabbing the chest

the chest is right under the portal

On one of my runs the portal was floating above nothing but between two staircases? I don’t understand :( think you could like help me run it or something?
