Cant move left/right whilst ghost deployed

When i deploy my ghost, i can't walk left or right, only forwards and backwards.

if i deploy my ghost and try to walk right, it opens my chat up?? so ive disabled my chat however now i do nothing when i click left or right, i just stand there

this is really annoying when im on my vehicle and navigating with my ghost out but i cant move left or right

is there a way to fix this? i checked my settings but cant seem to find where the issue is

what are your keybinds?

reset your keybinds to default and change them back to whatever your preferences are

thats it then, cuz in the ghost menu the left and right arrow have their own function

ohh! is there a way to find that setting/alter the ghost menu keybinds?

no, im pretty sure the menu keybinds cant be changed

same as you cant change the keys you use to navigate the directory or inventory (atleast i am 99% sure you cant)

also, how are you playing that you use the arrow keys to move?

left hand for mouse, right hand arrow keys (+ numpad and surrounding keys for abilities etc)

get off of that movement ASAP

i mean, for left handed it seems okay, but arent there left handed keyboards?

but yeah, if you can i would probably try to change that up, since it will continuously collide with set keybinds that way

how long have you been playing for?

been playing destiny 2 like 3 years i think? but use arrow keys for all my games so im v much used to using that setup

has the ghost thing always been an issue or has that only recently popped up?
