Im stuck with the quest objective, talk to Amanda Holiday, but I literally cannot progress further

ive tried talking to her and she gives me no prompt

im completely hardlocked

if it is in the "advent" quest or whatever its called where you go to the tower, reloading the mission might help

for me that fixed it every time, but i heard someone else for whom it didnt work

I remember I got amazon prime and at the time it was saying you had to go to amanda and after searching for a hour figured out she was dead
