sorta. raconteur can have headstone which interracts with the subclass
kinetics have abit more intrinsic damage but dont interract with the subclass

oh, i mained stasis back when i was hunter. quite familiar with that
i used the curve bow with stasis wall generation for a time

raconteur with archers and explosive head is infinitely better than fel only because of its frame. lightweight bows arw just trash in the current sandbox
I'd gladly give up on 10% dmg just for the bow to be better and more consistent

Why use explosive head rather than Successful Warm-up?

when I use bows, I do that exclusively in GM's and getting successful warmup consistently is annoying
