Idk what mattiks is on but dsc is a 1600 raid meaning there is 0 advantages to being 1810 just make sure he has some dps tools like a rocket a good dps super and a parasite/lamment

Preciousion frame rockets do 15% less dmg then other frames and the only benifit is aim lock

Hakke precision frames are worse

Because not only is it 20% less but it has a lower fire rate
