I just completed step 2 and im onto step 3, upon gettin to the statue after the first boss fight all it tells me is that it requires purified mementos. did I do something wrong is the broken or something?

you need to kill the special bosses during the dungeon

im on step 3, i thought step 2 was the cleansing of the tokens
