its just i remeber hearing that liars handshake wouldnt work if u had gathering storm equipped
dont know much more than that tbh so i dont know if that was a fix for that issue or a differnt one

no from what ive seen having gathering storm equippded would stop liars handshake perk from activating or something like that

ive been running liars and gathering storm a bunch since it released, and it never had any issue

some people just make issues up because they dont know how to properly use somthing

then it mustve either been a rare occasion, or i just got very lucky with it

i think the issue was that getting hit part wasnt working at all for the perk or something, but i never used it
