No current farm. Just need activity completions. Keep in mind votes from the same people suffer from diminishing returns, so I'd recommend match made strikes, iron banana, or salvages. Gl.

Personally I did it completely passively. I didn't actively try to farm commendations. I just played the game and asked/reminded people about commendations.
