just as the title says, is outbreak perfected really that good? I've been using double special since witch queen and the damage that primaries do in higher end content is almost laughable.

outbreak is good for scenarios where you run out of special and heavy and still need to do dmg to the boss
especially on day 1 raids since alot of bosses have last stand during which you might run out of ammo
also to get the most out of outbreak all 6 of the players have to use it
other than that in normal day to day gameplay there are better options

Pretty much what he said. Day one was the last time I used it. It’s the highest primary boss dps outside of lucky pants. There are better choices for the exotic slot

Pretty sure that actually goes to touch of malace. Even if it doesnt, it still takes a few shots for nanites to stick. Unfortunately touch is annoying to use.
