I am a returning player (left around the time the game moved to steam, played for around a month now) and i was thinking of buying the Destiny 2: Legacy Collection (2023) which is for sale right now.

However, there are a couple of things i didn't really understand even after searching online about the bundle and the content it includes:
Raids and Dungeons: I heard many people claim that if you have the DLC you need to pay extra to open both raid and dungeons. What is lucked, and how much does it costs to open?
Exotics: I am aware to the fact that many of the best items in the game are included only in DLCs, but what about this one?
are the exotics are worth it, or maybe are basically not ay better then items found in the normal version of th game?
Stability: When the game came out i bought it with all DLCs that were available at the time (warmined and osiris) just to realize that 2 years latter they will be
entierly removed from the game, which is almost like throwing your money in the trash...
I am afraid that this very same thing will happen again and that i will find myself spending money on DLCs that might be removed from the game by tomorrow!

Legacy edition includes shadowkeep,beyond light and witch queen which gives you access to:
Raids:Garden of salvation,deep stone crypt,vow of the disciple
Dungeons:Pit of Heresy,Not sure about Duality

Weapons:Divinity from the GoS raid is pretty good,Deeps stone crypt has good legendaries same goes for VoW

and Bungie has said that they will not be removing any more content like they did with the year 1 stuff
the witch queen dungeon was from available only if you had the dungeon key but i don't know if that is still the case cause its a year old now

ye i'm not sure tbh, pit of heresy came with the shadowkeep dlc so that will be available for sure but not sure about Duality

Ok, still sounds like its worth it, 30$ for 3 campaigns 3 raids 1 - 3 dungeons and around 30 - 50 exotics sounds good

Shadokeep: Eriana,Witherhoard (which were free season pass exotics so i think they should be free) Leviathan's breath was a quest exotic so i don't that that'll be obtainable without the dlc
if it is on sale i would say its not a bad deal, but what would i know its 7$ for me cause of regional pricing

yes, but its a banable offense so steam can ban you if you were to do that

ok a dumb question but - if my friend who is from Asia is logging into my account in his home and doing this the MAC address will still be in Asia so is that count? XD

nahh I just checked it out, it is posible to do but only if you create an account especially for it and set it all right + use VPN so steam is sure that you are from a different region.

so you have to use gift cards for it to work (like, of the country you want to be signed in from) so it is not all that simple...

Yes the Witch Queen dungeon key gives access to Duality and Spire of the Watcher. It's 20 silver, separate from the legacy collection and witch queen in general
