Rename (or delete whoch i don't recommend) your appdata/temp/destiny 2 folder

btw the error message was named Beagle

Go to appdata/local/temp and rename the file that is already named destiny 2 to something like destiny 2 game

You can get to appdata by pressing win + r and typing appdata
