What rocket launcher is best for pve?

I am just starting to get to endgame content and need a good option for dps and im not sure what I should go for.

Blowout/Hothead with explosive light and autoloading holster (if you can get it and other perks are changing ish due to meta change)

Apex Predator with reconstruction + Bait and switch
The new RL from the new dungeon, ambious assasion + bait and switch are a good option.

Note bait and switch can provide more theorteical damage, but that's on 2 conditions.

so how do i get them

You can hit all your shots and you have to hit all 3 of your weapons the same target within 3 seconds of each shot

Hothead - Zavala NF engram turnin thingy

Blowout is the crucible engram turn in thingy

Apex is from last wish (don't know the encounters by heart since i only do it for RB)

and new RL is from GOTD

I have missed 9 rockets (the inital shot + the remainin mag) and still ended up with 3.6m in Nezzy at least with strand supers and a metric ton of threadlings
