Friend cannot get pinnacles from any vanguard, crucible or gambit matches

If they aren't a certain light level (Sorry I don't know how high), they won't have pinnacles available.

they can see powerful&pinnacle rewards once they reach soft cap (1750 currently i believe)

you won't get pinnacles from those activities if you don't own the lightfall dlc

Lightfall has nothing to do with it it’s the power level they need to be at the soft cap 1750
