I'm not sure if those will work for you since they are considered shadow cabal in game, the cabal in the nightmare containment didn't count as progress for that reason.

I'll have to see if I can find the video, but there's a spot in the edz where you can sit and cabal will endlessly spawn out of some doors.
It isn't the fastest thing in the world, but you can put on a podcast and not have to move.
In the firebase hades location, recklessXRP on youtube has the information.
