It generates grenade energy from empowered damage. what is meant by ,, empowered " damage? I know it's empowering rift, well, being radiant.

Let's say i have equipped kinetic weapon surge (and submission smg), when the mod is proced is it considered an empowered damage?

It only counts weapon damage in an Empowering Rift or Well of Radiance.

its not JUST saying it generates grenade energy for emp rift and well

#

there are many empowered damage sources in the game

#

he does know that well and empowering rift generates starfire

#

but hes asking do OTHER sources generate grenade energy

#

since radiant is technically an empowered buff
