- where to get fast ascendant..i m lvl 80~, so i guess overall rank gives an 85lvl A.Shard... i ve seen the other guys ranking ups give too..but i`m far beyond... like lvl7/16...

there's not a best use. I would suggest avoiding using it on armor as a new player though

trials under light isn't a big deal
it doesnt affect most weapon ttk until you're like 60-70 under the person shooting you
at 1775 he'd on avg be taking like maybe 10% more damage and doing 10% less, that wont stop a hc from 3 tapping
and it'd let someone 2c1b you instead of 3c maybe
