well since you can do all the raids once per week, i'd say go for all of them at the same time

if the raid is in weekly challenge rotation (where every encounter challenge is on), you should be able to farm the final encounter for the exotic.

Id probably recommend going for either touch of malice from kings fall or 1 thousand voices from last wish (its getting its perks reworked in lightfall to work better with solar).

Collective obligation is good if you play void hunter, but id act quickly cause its farmable until next reset.
