Search "legend lost sector rotation," and you can find sites that will show you which lost sector has it for each day

No - if you check the rotation, today's lost sector is K1 Revelation on the Moon, which gives exotic arms.

Like someone else said, you will only be able to see the ping for a legend/master lost sector if you've already completed that lost sector at least once normally
