My question is if I can complete daily bounties right now for light fall, and claim them when lightfall comes out, or does this only work with Weekly bounties? Do dailys in last week of s19 or now?

Daily bounties are treated the same as weekly. Who knows if Bungie won't decide to reset all completed bounties, but if you don't have use for xp now, just keep them I'd say
