On my Titan and Hunter, I can do it but for some reason, it's not available on my Warlock. Havent done The Witch Queen - would that be it?

You have to do the Seasonal Quest up to step 23
Thing is, I go to Helm and dont even have it unlocked and dont even know. doing WQ to see whats up

FYI there is a bug where you just can't get the seasonal quest on a character
Don't know exactly what causes it, but my friend had it happen on his warlock and it's doesn't seem to be fixed yet
@sage hamlet Oh also you have to complete Heist Battlegrounds Europa (the non-playlist one), as the very first step to even get the quest unless you already did that

Picked up the quest from the counter thing and then I saw that I have to do some Hierarchy mission. I think that might be it that I just recently picked up
