How to aquire certain mods?

I was just browsing mods collection and i saw that some mods say as a source "war table" or "splicer servitor". What exactly does that mean and how can i aquire mods that way?

any mods that have weird sources you don’t recognize are now from Ada-1. She is in the tower and she sells different mods every day so just be on the lookout and see what she’s selling

I was wondering that because ADA1 was listed as source for some mods too so i thought those with weird sources were different, ty for clarification tho !
