Witherhoard ; polyvalent weapon for both low and high endgame
Arbalest : Beast on endgame content since it negates shields + intrinsic anti barrier
Izanagi's Burden : Bit more situational for multi weapons DPS but extremely strong this season with AB sniper
Anarchy Good for specific very situational cases (Such as a starfire warlock)
Quality of life : Always on time, fastest sparrow in-game

anarchy is extremely situational and mostly useful for warlocks, so go for AoT first ;the rest of the exotics there are pretty mid

Based on stuff you have get these 10 first
PVE ( Anarchy , Bastion ,Eriena's Vow , Ticcu , Agers) for PVP ( Thorn , Tarrabah , Polaris Lance, Lorenz) Sparrow (No Time to explain)
Now these 8 exotics are low priority that you can get at your own pace after you get the above ones
Bad juju , 4th Horsemen, Duality, Mida , Whisper, Acrius , Rat King , Grand Overtune

Starfire internal trait, inside an emp rift or a well of radiance, any damage done to an ennemy will give you back chunk of your nades back
DoT (Damage over time) weapons such as witherhoard / anarchy are extremely powerful with starfire because of that
