the path of the burning steps can give the highest current weapon damage buff at +40%. This stacked with 30% debuff from divinity and then weapon perks plus font of might, why isn't this meta?

for lumina you have everyone group up in the well, then the lumina user shoots the buff at the ground and everyone (or most people) should get it
and when the buff runs out, the lumina user applies it again in the same way
