Explosive light and Wolfpack should do the highest but the wolfpack rounds dont scale up for some reason, with Lasting impression it works correctly so you end up with more DPS than Explosive light

How does this screw people? The issue is his fireteam being full. They should still go back to orbit soon as they are done with Xur so the instance is not overly full but it frees slots faster so others can get in.
