for exotic class items i gotta run the public event once at each location to start right? ik theres other parts after

do an overthrow at each location, AND AFTER EACH OVERTHROW look for the hidden wizard at each section while the overthrow goes on the 5 minute cooldown. there's a video on youtube that shows each location but they dont show unless the overthrow is completed

its open world so anyone can technically just be around and also do the stuff with you. The important part is to make sure you do the overthrow from START to finish. If an overthrow is already progressed by another player, it wont show so youll have to load out and load back in or do a diff section

Technically the pale heart isn’t open world that anyone can join unless they are on your fireteam or you select the overthrow option inside the pale heart itself.
